About Grrlforge

Grrlforge is a holistic wellbeing and community platform I created to support women through every stage of life — mind, body, and soul.

I built Grrlforge from a place of knowing that wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all. It shifts as we move through different seasons of life — from our teen years to motherhood, career growth, personal change, and beyond. Grrlforge exists to meet women where they are, offering support, tools, and connection along the way.

At its heart, Grrlforge brings together two things I care deeply about: holistic wellness and women-led business. I believe personal wellbeing and professional growth go hand in hand — when women feel supported, confident, and connected, everything else follows.

Step into a space designed to support you.

— Rebekah Judd, Founder

We are women. mothers, sisters, partners, friends, all connected, evolving, and never alone.

Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.

My Approach

I’ve designed Grrlforge to be grounded, practical, and supportive of real life.

Using a Mind, Body, and Soul framework, I share:

  • Mental wellbeing resources to support clarity, resilience, and confidence

  • Physical wellbeing tools including movement, nourishment, and self-care

  • Soul-led practices that encourage balance, reflection, and deeper connection

Alongside this, the Women in Business Directory exists to celebrate and support women-led businesses — creating visibility, connection, and community.

Why Grrlforge

My background spans healthcare, wellbeing, and personal development, and I’ve seen first-hand how often women put themselves last. Grrlforge is my response to that reality — a space that encourages women to invest in themselves without guilt or pressure.

This platform is about strength, balance, and self-trust. It’s about giving women permission to look after themselves while building the lives and businesses they want.

My Mission

My mission is simple: to create a supportive, empowering space where women feel strong, balanced, and connected — within themselves and within their communities.

Growth starts with you.
